Rhyssoplax olivaceus is also as Chiton olivaceus.Chiton olivaceus, is a species of chitons. In the literature it is also called Colorful Chiton or Green Chiton.
The distribution area includes the Mediterranean Sea. The species lives in rock crevices,under rocks and in empty shells. It lives from the intertidal zone down to 40 m depth.
