Ercolania kencolesi is a species of sacoglossan sea slug, that lives on the alga Boergesenia forbesii and also within its tubes.It also feed on this alga.Egg masses are also laid inside the algal cell.
Small elongate animals with a pair of relatively large solid rhinophores. The cerata are arranged irregularly down each side of the body, the dorsal space being clear of cerata. The body is translucent clear with a greenish tinge in well fed animals, which changes to a yellowish brown when animals are starved.
