Placida cremoniana have a strange distribution and the identity, which needs further investigation. The back ground colour is dull translucent orange.
The blade-shaped radular teeth place it in the genus Placida.
Placida cremoniana feeds on algae, probably Derbesia and Bryopsis.
Very similar to the California bonfire (Placida brookae).
