Schizoretepora tessellata (Hincks, 1878)

The Smooth lacy false coral consist of upright and punctured plates, forms delicate brittle colonies.The colour is bright orange. Colony size is 4,0 cm-12,0 cm in diameter.

Similar is the bryozoan Reteporella lata (Scollaped lacy false coral).

Bryozoans are filterfeeder.
