Eviota filamentosais commonly referred to as Threadfin dwarfgoby. Difficulty in the aquarium: There are no reports available yet that this animal has already been kept in captivity successfully. A aquarium size of at least 100 Liter is recommended. Toxicity: Toxic hazard unknown.
Occurs mainly from shallow reefs.Collected almost exclusively from patches of rubble around shallow lagoon reefs. Also found in tidepools and adjacent coral reef; rocky shore with porous volcanic rock and large table corals in water beneath rocks. Depth from 7 till 17 Meters.
