Characters: Colonies are small, composed of contorted laminae sometimes in whorls or tiers and upright contorted branches which are irregularly fused. Corallites are immersed with irregular thecal papillae. Coenosteum papillae are numerous and are infrequently fused into ridges.

Sehr schnellwüchsige Koralle, welche je nach Nährstoffkonzentration des Wassers in der Färbung von dunkelgrün bis hellgelb variieren kann.Markante Wuchsform, hebt sich dadurch schön von anderen Korallen ab.Allerdings ist sie die zerbrechlichste Steinkoralle die ich kenne, bricht schon beim hinsehen...Trotzdem ein tolles Tier!
