Diese Koralle scheint nicht sehr häufig im Handel aufzutauchen. Ich habe sie zumindest noch nicht sehr oft angeboten gesehen. Dennoch hatte ich Glück einen kleinen Ableger dieser hübschen Montipora zu bekommen. Ich bezeichne diese Montipora mal als (in meinem Becken) relativ unkompliziert. Allerdings würde ich ihr Wachstum als eher gering einstufen. Man kann schon deutliches Wachstum erkennen, aber mit meinen anderen Montipora in keinster Weise zu vergleichen. Wahrscheinlich sind auch Ableger dieser Art deshalb eher rar. Mein Ableger ist in der Grundfarbe gelb und hat lilafarbene Polypen.
Sie steht bei mir im oberen Bereich des Beckens bei relativ starker Ströumg.
