Aplysia californica J. G. Cooper, 1863
California seahare is found on the coast of California.It grows up to 75 cm in legth.This species feeds on red algae(Laurencia pacifica, Plocamium pacificum,Ceramium eatonianum),which gives them its typically reddish or pinkish coloration.
